INSIDE TRADERS
The Building will only be available to previous inside Traders or Traders on the waiting list. Table space may not be increased since we are very crowded. Wall space cannot be guaranteed, and no food or drinks will be sold in the building.
FEES will be $75 for one 8 foot space. Additional space that is accessible to customers will be charged at $3 per foot. Tables @ $6 each may be rented in advance for inside use only. |

OUTSIDE TRADERS
FEES will be $125 for a space up 20 feet.
Booth space over 20 feet will be $125 plus $10 for each additional (or partial) 5 feet. Measure frontage space only
ELECTRICITY
Only 110 volt outlets are available for our use.
They are $10 each per day
TRADE VEHICLES/TENTS/AWNINGS ONLY will be allowed to park on Trader Row. All other trailers and vehicles must park behind your unit. |

| ALL TRADERS: Your basic fee WILL REGISTER TWO (2) ADULTS AND TWO (2) CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12. Any additional persons will be charged the regular fee of $5.00 per adult, $2.00 per child under 12. Children 4 and under are free. There is a space for extra persons on your Trader Registration form. Outside Traders may camp with, or near, their booth. ELECTRIC FEES of $10 a day per plug will apply. Use the “electric space” on the Trader Registration form to note this request. EVERY effort will be made to locate you in the space that you have had in the past, but cannot be guaranteed. |

TRADERS ARE OFFICIALLY OPEN BEGINNING AT 9:00 A.M. ON SATURDAY & SUNDAY , BE READY!
FULL BOOTH FEES ARE REQUIRED AND PAYABLE BY JULY 31, 2008
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER AUGUST 15, 2008

Do not register or pay any money at the participant registration booth.
See the Trader Chairman before you set up. If you set up in the wrong place you will be told to move. |
